Dum aloo - baby potatoes in a spicy gravy!
This recipe is from my mom who actually introduced me to this dish long ago. I modified the recipe by not deep-frying the potatoes to make it kinda guilt-free! Also, to add a nice tang to the spicy gravy, I added some yogurt which made it super delicious! <br /> <br />This side-dish is perfect with flat-breads such as rotis, naan or even with pulao and plain rice!
