Egg-topped spicy cornbread pudding

I love bread pudding. I love corn bread. And I love eggs on top of things that will soak up their runny yolks after pricking with my fork. So I love this recipe, which uses a masa cornbread inspired from Bon Appetit that adds a hint of perfect sweetness to the cornbread. <br /> <br />Also, if you'd like to make this gluten free, as I did, just sub the AP flour for a gluten-free AP flour and add a pinch of xantham gum. <br /> <br />And if you love your meat, add some sausage with the veggies
