Nutritionists recommend us to favor the fish protein instead of meat and Portugal is an extraordinary country in terms of the variety of seafood that can be found in the market. However, often, the hardest part is to make the family, especially the younger ones, to be enthusiastic about the meal when fish is on the menu (I know how it is, I have a daughter at home like this). This recipe is therefore a good suggestion for those fish meals we don’t want to look like fish. It is good for those who have kids (the word meatball is magical) but the grownups will also appreciate: it has a different presentation and the creamy saffron sauce is delicious.
