I developed this hamentashen recipe so that no one would have to miss out on this holiday treat. I was fighting off gluten and non-gluten eaters alike trying to keep them from all being eaten the first night I made them. <br /> <br />I developed the recipe using a scale, but have provided volume measurements as well for those without a scale. If substituting different flours for the ones listed do it by weight rather than by volume.
