My family eats a lot of bread. Peanut butter toast is pretty much a staple around here. So, I have long been on a quest to make an easy, tasty, delicious, gluten free sandwich bread that isn't too expensive to make. This is my creation. It is easy! It is very delicious, even the members of my family who can eat gluten, prefer it to glutinous bread, and it's not too expensive to make. I make several loaves of this a week. It keeps well, slices well and is just a great bread!
