Though this salsa is categorized here as a side or an appetizer, you may end up eating it as a meal. It is addictive and really difficult to stop eating! This salsa combines fresh ears of corn, Roma tomatoes, sweet bell peppers and a couple of spicy peppers, plus red onion. All are grilled to soften and sweeten the veggies.
