I developed this recipe sometime in the early 2000s. I was living in New York and had a great group of friends that held potluck dinners every few months. When the Holidays came around, I decided that my contribution would be a Honey Baked Ham…the only hitch, I had never baked a gamin my life, in fact no one in my family even liked ham, much less thought of it as appropriate holiday fare. That said I rose to the challenge. I combed every recipe I could find, picking and choosing from the best. Such was the birth of my masterpiece. It was so popular in fact that my friends adopted it as a Holiday favorite, and so did my family! Now I get to share it with all of you. I hope you enjoy and Happy Holidays to you all!
