When my kids were in primary school, I was chairman of the annual school Book Fair...a thankless , endless Job. But I had ordered a lot of cook books, and during down time read and copied out recipes. This was one of them. The book and author are now unknown. I have since made my own additions and changes. Unlike Bland Turkey Burgers, these have a lot of taste and the smell while they are cooking is mouthwatering. Any bun of your choice is fine. My kids like to put wholegrain mustard on them. I like them with tomato jam, chutney, or cranberry sauce if i have it around. Sweet potato fries and a big salad are great accompaniments.
