I#m just in a meatball-experimenting phase. My boyfriend is mad about the little guys, so I try to vary them with different flavours and styles. This weeks theme was Asian inspired: Meatballs with marsala, cumin and cilantro and an absolutely delicious, exotic fresh n fruity sauce with tomato, cilantro and lemon!
