Korean-ish short rib sandwich

On a recent trip to Charleston, I had lunch at a shop called Butcher & Bee, where I had the most delectable sandwich. The description was for a “Korean Short Rib Sandwich with Fried Egg, Spicy Slaw, and Soy Drizzle”. I asked (and was told) the ingredients for the soy drizzle, and from there, I got to experimenting.
