This recipe was a happy accident. My New Year's party this year was Mexican themed, and I also had lots of Christmas baking leftovers, dates being one of them. My husband is now insisting I make them at least once a week. They are so easy to make that I don't see that as a problem! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
