I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! I used Merrill's The Best Lime Ice Cream as a jumping-off point. The Maple-Sage Sugared Walnuts are adapted from the recipe for Maple Sugared Pecans in the cookbook In the Sweet Kitchen by Regan Daley, one of my favorite cookbooks.
