these potatoes were inspired by a little vegetarian estaurant in vancouver called 'the naam' that serves miso gravy covered potatoes. they are asian inspired, with help from sesame and a major kick in the pants from miso paste. they are warming, earthy, umami-i, and downright delicious!

<br />i should mention that the title of these potatoes are inspired by the slogan of another restaurant in vancouver called "The Eatery".
