I love making miso glazed salmon and I came up with this recipe as a way to use up the leftover miso paste in my fridge. These tasty morsels are coated with a salty sweet glaze and roasted in the oven until caramelized and tender. A final drizzle of sauce on the warm sprouts just before serving amplifies their flavor.
