We love peppers at our house. We eat just about every variety of pepper grown from jalapenos to Hatch Green Chile, to lots of fresh gound black peppercorns. Poblanos are no exception and when they are stuffed, they are one of our favorites. This is an easy recipe that will impress and satisfy even your toughest critic. And the Tomatillo Salsa is so good, I'll never buy another jar at the store!
