We've had a lot of Moscow Mules – good and bad. The best ones are made with top notch ginger beer that's spicy and a *little* sweet. Sadly, most brands you find at the grocery store or bodega are light on the ginger and heavy on the sugar. To make up for this, you can whip up a super easy ginger syrup that will add a kick of spice to your cocktail.
