Mozzarella caprese sandwich

One of my all time favorite sandwiches is Mozzarella and tomato and basil drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Instead of fresh tomato I am using my tomato balsamic jam the recipe is here: http://www.food52.com/recipes/12640_tomato_balsamic_jam <br />This sandwich keeps well and seems to get better as all the flavors meld. Easy to pack for a picnic, its simple and delicious.
