Olga (a chocolate pudding cake from the 1960s)

This is a recipe given to our family by a friend named Olga. It's real name is Olga's Upside Down Cake, but we know it as Olga. We loved it and didn't get it often because it was sweet (bad for our teeth) and chocolatey (expensive). We loved the cake with pudding underneath eaten warm. It seemed so luxurious, and still does.
