Parmesan Wedges were something new on me to be honest, as I lazily watched Food Network of a Saturday afternoon. <br /> <br />It always amazes me how people can come up with new ways to recreate side dishes, yet the turn out so delicious. <br /> <br />This one is hardly a recipe at all, just cover it in some stuff and let the oven do the work.
