The interesting ingredient in this fantastic coffee break experience is Greek Yogurt. <br />When I first tried this recipe it was also the first time I tried Greek yogurt. <br />Now it is a regular purchase not only for cooking but I use it for smoothies and serving it with fruit and granola. <br />Also, when making this I would double the streusel.
