Felicia’s Restaurant, a family owned Italian eatery located here in Vancouver was a go to place when my kids were young. The food was home-style and excellent. One of our favourite menu items were pizza rolls, and we ordered them nearly every time we went. I have tried to create them at home, and think I have come up with a pretty good facsimile.
