Potato stuffed paratha
This recipe was adapted from Methi Potato Stuffed Paratha from Nirmala's Spice World. Methi is fenugreek and since I couldn't find any fenugreek I substituted celery leaves. I also substituted chunky chat masala for garam masala. It's loaded with herbs and spices and an excellent recipe for using up left over potatoes. Not having anything else to go on I think they turned out great as is with a side of homemade tzatziki. They also make a great side dish or appetizer.
