Christmas is all about red so I thought that if would be a good idea to make a red chutney - just add a nice bow and tag and the gift is done! Although I am quite purist in terms of food seasonality, this time I made an exception because I needed red fruits. I used some out of season fruits that I froze in summer and I got what i wanted - a redder then red Chutney that will make Santa's clothes look pale1
