Sauteed prawns, potatoes and enoki mushrooms
When the potatoes are in season, I make this yummy treat. Simple marinade adds flavor to this simple dish. Do use fresh thyme! If you cannot find enoki mushrooms, use oyster mushrooms instead. Both enoki and oyster mushrooms are usually available at Asian grocery stores. <br />
