Short story shorter; I'm a huge spicy food addict. Also, my aunt is a professor at the Washington State University veterinary school which makes a mean cheddar, Cougar Gold. She sends us a can of Gold every Christmas, so I came up with this burger as an attempt to compliment the cheese. Also it's a delicious way to get rid of 5 pounds of cheese before it gets moldy. Get ready for the juiciest most delicious burger you will ever eat.
