This is a simple recipe that can be used as a side dish to a main meal, or a vegetarian entree--even if you don't think you'll like dofu (Chinese translation for Japanese word 'tofu'), you'll love the flavor of this! If you're trying to introduce a loved one to tofu this is a good starting point! Don't cook the bok choy too long,--it's much better with some 'crunch' left in it! The other photo comprises the dishes I served with this: Summer Crab Soup (the recipe included in my Recipes here) and pork jiaozi (frozen dumplings pan-fried/steamed in a little sesame seed oil).
