When you don’t have access to a real campfire to make s’mores, try these “nachos.” You just lay graham crackers on a baking sheet, top them with marshmallows, and run the whole thing under the broiler to bronze the marshmallows (or burn them, whatever is your plea­sure). Drizzled with a warm chocolate sauce, these are irresistible. Feel free to add more toppings, like caramel, chopped nuts, chopped dark chocolate, toasted coconut flakes, sliced bananas, crushed pretzels, or even a generous sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
