There is a family-owned and run Mexican restaurant in our small town that serves some of the best food, especially if you know how to order. Everything isn't listed on the menu! Fortunately for us our son-in-law was born in Venezuela, loves good food and speaks fluent Spanish. He's been a big help, and introduced us to some great dishes at El Norteno. Their Shrimp Ceviche is delicious, and I've just about mastered it.
