Sour milk/filmjolk scones

I am obsessed with scones! I literally think about them all time and today I decided to bake some:)! I modified my Dearest Mother's recipe. In her recipe she doesn't use eggs but in mine I used 1 egg. She usually uses milk but I used Filmjolk (here in Sweden), in other countries you can use sour milk or natural yoghurt. For a more creamy/sweet scone you can add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar and 1/2 cup of high fat milk. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!!
