Say goodbye to your preconceived notion of a chicken burger. These burgers are super moist and incredibly flavorful. I like to grill them, but they can also be cooked in a skillet with a little oil. Serve the burger with Chipotle Mayonnaise for another layer of intense flavor. I like to top the burgers with caramelized onion relish. My family loves these burgers, we eat them all the time. <br /> <br />Note: Ground turkey can also be used.
