Roasting

I love gyoza and wanted to come up with a seasonal vegetarian filling. These are full of earthy (shiitake, roasted garlic) and bright (lemon, chive) flavors with just enough texture (radishes) that I did not miss meat one bit. However, a few chopped shrimp added to the mix would also be lovely.
