A delicious pasta recipe with flavors of Sicily. It is quick and easy to prepare. This is a family favorite requested over and over again. The flavors are outstanding. <br /> <br />While it does contain expensive ingredients (fresh swordfish and pine nuts), the cost per serving is very low. One swordfish steak is sufficient to serve four people. I'm always on the lookout for recipes that can successfully stretch a small amount of a luxury ingredient like lobster or swordfish to make a low-cost but excellent meal. This recipe is a great example because the swordfish flavors really come through. <br /> <br />For a memorable dinner, serve this with a chilled New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, a tossed Caesar salad, and a loaf of artisan Ciabatta bread.
