This cocktail, a riff on the Dark & Stormy, was inspired by one of 2018’s most acclaimed documentaries, <em>RBG</em>, which details the life and legacy of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. This gingery, fizzy drink usually just calls for vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer; here, we swap the lime juice for lemon, muddle fresh ginger for a little bit of extra punch, and add a splash of Cointreau and simple syrup to balance those citrusy, zingy flavors. <br />
