A modern version of the old hot toddy. The Teddy uses birch tea instead of regular tea for a woodsy twist. Birch tea, which is known for its restorative effects, gives it a light wintergreen flavor. <br />Recognizing the Centennial of the National Parks, it is named after Teddy Roosevelt ,who played a major role in building our National Parks System and developing a conservation ethic.
