Tomato sauce with onion & brown butter
Recipe Off-Roading: Marcella Hazan's tomato sauce recipe is perfect the way it is but I did brown the butter a bit before adding the tomatoes. You could also brown the onion, add a bay leaf or fresh basil or oregano. But what a wonderful base recipe and a great quick week day meal.
