I remember times when my mom and my grandmother used to buy green coffee beans and roast them at home, there was the pot specifically for roasting coffee. My grandfather was in charge of freshly-ground every time when coffee was made. <br />This recipe is how we make in our home, not maybe, but for sure somebody is using a different technique. <br />It is served in a small cup (espresso size cup) and always served with foam on top. <br />
