I'm pretty lazy when it comes to making dessert — especially when I'm jonesing for something sweet now. As in NOW. Where is it already?! I also like to taste the purity of ingredients, rather than having them drowning in an avalanche of flavours. So this is my two-second dessert, which takes two seconds to make because sometimes you need a fix NOW.
