Vacation blueberry pie

When you're staying in a vacation home, you may not have everything you're used to having on hand in your kitchen--but you can still make a great pie if you improvise (wine bottles for rolling pins, anyone)? If you are not lacking the comforts of home, this pie is still great: a cross between a a slab pie and a regular pie round, it satisfies crust and filling lovers.
