The paloma: my new favorite cocktail

Tequila and I are not exactly BFFs. We actually parted ways a very long time ago, and I swore (besides a margarita here and there) I was finished with her forever. Everything changed a few months ago when I had a Paloma, and tequila is totally back in my good graces. With grapefruit as one of the main ingredients, this drink is the perfect balance of sweet and sour. I guess tequila and I both grew up!
