This version uses low carb vegetables in place of some of the traditional higher carb vegetables, such as potatoes, but keeps the original flavors. Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, Paleo, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, vegetarian, and vegan. Contains no gluten, grains, sugar, nuts, or dairy (if Parmesan omitted.)
