This dish comes in at 359 calories, which is on the higher end of the calorie spectrum for this site, but believe me, it's well worth it. The reason it's a little on the higher side is because of the amount of BBQ sauce used. In the recipe I gave you the ingredients for my honey BBQ sauce, but you can use a pre-made one if you wish. Just remember that many pre-made sauces contain more preservatives.
