Pear pistachio parfaits

A little Greek yogurt, fresh pears, a smattering of my Fig & Honey Almond Granola, and chopped pistachios are the perfect combination for these cups of parfait. You get the best of both worlds: tart and sweet, crunchy and creamy, dished out as a delicious breakfast that you don't have to waste an ounce of guilt on.
