Sour cherry & orange blossom couscous

This couscous dish is inspired by Moroccan cuisine. In Morocco, cinnamon, ginger and orange blossom water are some common flavors you may find in couscous. Dried fruits such as raisins, apricots and dates may also be used. I opted for the larger Israeli or pearl couscous and added dried cherries, almonds and mint to my dish. You can switch this up many different ways and even omit the orange blossom water if you prefer.
