If you’re still able to get your hands on some honeydew and cantaloupe then you should certainly make this salad. The delicate, bitter watercress contrasts nicely with the sweet melon, and the aleppo pepper, pink peppercorns and smoked salt really provide a unique flavor combination. The spices are rounded out by the addition of the agave lime dressing. Substitute shaved red and green pears for the fall season!
