A blend of good organic grass-fed ground beef, shredded mortadella for an extra bit of flavor, fresh herbs from our garden, a little dusting of Parmigiano Reggiano, bread crumbs mixed with herbs and cheese, and slow-cooked in a rich tomato sauce.
