A flavorful and not too spicy curry from the Caribbean. I can't even tell you how good this is. You will just have to try it. If you can get your hands on fresh rotis you are a lucky person indeed. This chicken is by far the best when eaten with a roti. But it still tastes great with rice or potatoes.
