If life is like a bowl of cherries, I say let’s make them as darn pretty as possible! Otherwise it’s just the pits. OK, enough with my joke, sometimes I forget that I am a cook and not a comedian. In all seriousness, I can’t tell you how many times a holiday rolls around the corner and instinctively I buy a big fat gorgeous bag of cherries only to have them spoil on me.
