I feel like figs don't get enough attention. Most people really don't know what to do with a fig. Everyone's heard of an apple tart. A plum tart. Even a peach tart. But a fig tart? Sounds so fancy, doesn't it? Ya, well I'm not fancy. Heck, it's 11 PM right now and I'm writing this fancy post with my hair in a knot and toothpaste on my face. So yes, figs are actually very simple and quite delicious.
