I love the subtle way Brie melds with the turkey on Target's cold turkey and brie sandwich and I decided to make my own version a grilled one because after all, is there anything better than melted brie? I think not! I used cherries which I had on hand but any fruit you love—strawberries, blueberries and even grapes—would add just that extra little bit of flavor to this ooey gooey bit of grilled deliciousness.
