Pinto bean seasoning
Running a TexMex restaurant on a small island off Panama, I had to come up with my own seasoning blend to spice my pinto beans for a side and refried beans. This blend of spices worked perfectly! Delicious smoky flavor! Just add onion and pork! I reduced the original recipe because you probably don't need to spice 10 pounds of beans!
